The 65-storey hotel in the Trade Centre 1 district of Dubai, within 25 minutes' walk of the 200 plus storey Burj Khalifa. The sprawling Zabeel Park is 2.8 km from the Tower Plaza Hotel, and Dubai airport is 5 km away.

Staying at the accommodation, you can also enjoy natural sights such as the Dinosaur park "Dubai Garden Glow", which is around 30 minutes' walk away.
